What is the cost of your web design services?
The cost varies depending on the complexity of the project and the scope of work. We provide a custom quote based on your specific needs, features, and design requirements.
To get a quote for your website, we need to first organise a discovery call. To do so, please 'enquire now' to fill in all your details and I'll get in touch with you as soon as possible.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer flexible payment plans to make our services more accessible. Typically, we require an initial deposit to begin work, followed by a final payment upon completion. We can also discuss custom payment arrangements based on your needs.
P.s. Websites are also fully tax-deductible!
What is the typical timeline for completing a website design project?
We typically complete a new custom website within 4-6 weeks from the initial start date, depending on the complexity of the project and the responsiveness of the client in providing necessary materials (content, images, etc.)
We’ll provide a more accurate timeline once we’ve discussed your specific needs.
What is included in the website design and development process?
The process starts from submitting your enquiry, booking in a Discovery Call, accepting terms and payment plan options based off your quote. Your first payment with your signed contract marks the start date of our project.
We with then set up your client portal when you will submit all your photos, branding and copy for us to use on your website. We will stay in touch with your preferred method of contact throughout the project.
Our website design service includes a fully responsive design, content integration, basic SEO setup, and a user-friendly interface.
Any additional features such as e-commerce integration, membership portals, online courses and coaching or complex customisations can be discussed into your design package.
Do you provide hosting and domain registration services?
We can help you with both hosting and domain registration. If you already have a provider, we can work with them and ask for your provider details or we can recommend reliable options based on your needs, and help you with set up and registration.
Do you help with the copywriting for my website?
Yes, we can help with the copywriting for your website with guidance and prompts within your client portal to help write your copy - the information displayed on your website should come from you first, so that the info is true, correct and on-brand with your messaging. You can download the free Launch Ready roadmap to help you start writing out everything you need for your website.
Do I need to have all my content ready before we start?
While it's helpful to have content (text, images, logos, etc.) ready before starting, we understand that this isn’t always possible.
We can begin with placeholder content and start developing the website, and you can provide the final materials as the project progresses.
Will my website be mobile-friendly?
Absolutely! All of our websites are designed to be fully responsive, meaning they will adapt seamlessly to any screen size, from mobile phones to desktop computers.
Will you help me integrate my website with my existing social media accounts?
Yes, we can integrate your social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) with your website and install your Instagram feed if you wish. We can also add all social sharing buttons, display social feeds, and help align your website’s look and feel.
Can you help me with SEO and online marketing?
Yes, we provide basic SEO optimisation as part of our web design service to ensure your site is search-engine friendly.
We also offer more in-depth SEO, as well as digital marketing services like content strategy, feed layout design and social media management as optional services.
Can you help me with branding and logo design?
Yes, we can assist with your branding and logo design. However, we do recommend that you invest in your logo and branding with a graphic designer or create your own - we can always change and adapt as we go.
If you would like to work with a graphic designer, please reach out so I can refer you to a recommendation of mine.
Do you specialise in one hosting platform to design websites?
No, we tailor your needs and goals of your business to determine what platform we will host and design your website on prior to starting.
However, we do mainly specialise in Shopify and Squarespace websites.
What happens if I want changes made after the website is live?
After your website is live, you can request changes. We offer one round of revisions as part of the package and two edit revisions before launch. Any additional changes or ongoing updates can be handled through our support packages or hourly rates.
Do you offer ongoing support after the website is launched?
Yes, we offer website support packages that cover website maintenance, troubleshooting, and updates.
These packages are available on a once-off, monthly or annual basis, depending on your needs. We also offer 2 months of support for free after your website has launched.
Will I be able to update and maintain my website after it’s completed?
Yes! We provide website back end system training to help you manage and look after your website after handover.
If you prefer, we also offer ongoing maintenance and support packages to assist with updates, security, and content changes.
